Favorite bar and grill in Janesville by far! Amazing fish fry, REAL potato pancakes. Great staff and ambiance too! 1/16/25 update - still amazing! Great burgers and the best cheese curds! Seevice can be a little slow, but they are usually busy and it's worth the wait!
Zweivel brothers band was playing and I hadn't seen them for twenty years. Grew up with them just went separate ways in life an I wasn't around. So got to see them play again, had a nice talk with Mike and Keith. Keith's birthday that day. I'll be looking to see them again in the future.
I had the Irish setter Reuben Sandwich, and fries, it was thick and very filling. So fresh, the ingredients were high quality. It is now my favorite, And the waitress was a sweet. Thank you to the chef

What a gem. Top notch service, even Champaign! This is a burger with bacon and roast beef with crunchy delicious tots. We came in for an event and just wish we had a place like this anywhere near us. Great lighting, super spacious, and a great community vibe.
My husband and I have loved coming to Barkley's since 2019. We always get the curds when we visit, and he loves coming for some beer. Haven't been back for a while, but decided to stop in for a lunch date today. Ended up with some pizza & curds. It's one of our must stops to eat at in Janesville. Everything was delicious and we both look forward to future visits.

Delicious burgers at a local dog themed restaurant! Huge variety menu and appetizers to select from with food ranging from pizza to wraps, fish, sandwiches, hot dogs and burgers. Check their website for nightly specials like Taco Tuesday, and Gyro Thursday. LOTS of brew on tap/bottles, both domestic and microbrews. Wheelchair accessible ramp near Handicapped marked parking spaces, wheelchair accessible restrooms/toilet, 2 wheelchair accessible tables and the rest of the seating is bistro height tables/chairs, bar height chairs. Restaurant was clean and brightly lit with 14 large screen tv's and seasonal decor. Outdoor seating available in season with your pets. Pets not allowed indoors. Service animal exceptions. Loved eating here. Great atmosphere, employees and food.
